  Amanda from Pitter Patter paws is fantastic and always responds. I have left both my dogs here and returned to them being absolutely pooped from the fun they’ve had. I appreciate that Pitter Patter Paws understands that sometimes unexpected work appointments or schedules can occur and have always helped me with last minute requests to drop my dogs off. Extremely helpful!

  This was the third time we have taken our Westie here for a groom but this time, actually today we were very very shocked at the appalling job done by the groomers. We left and then on further looking was so annoyed that we took her straight back. The Westie is all about the face and the expressive ears, her ears were chopped around with no hair on the tips of the ear they were bald. She has a bald patche around her neck. And for the life of me they left the tail bushy like a poodles, god only knows why. They rectified the tail but I still cannot understand when dropped off was asked "a westie face" the answer yes. I did ask if the groomer was in training he said no, they were just sorry!
